About the Role

We are setting up a 5MT batch manufacturing facility for Polyvinyl Acetate (PVAc) Homopolymer Resins targeted at the adhesives and paints/coatings sectors.

We are looking for a technical expert who has hands-on experience in:

• Setting up production plants for PVAc or similar emulsions,

• Developing and optimizing PVAc homopolymer formulations,

• Running production batches and ensuring quality control standards.

This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with our senior leadership, engineering team, and R&D support to bring this greenfield project to life.
