Production Manager (Textile)

Our manufacturing facility, PT Alia Digital Printex, located in Subang, West Java, is currently seeking a Production Manager (Textile) to support our production processes. The details for this position are as follows :

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the entire textile processing production flow from grey fabric to finished fabric.
• Ensure smooth coordination between grey fabric receiving, dyeing, finishing, inspection, and packing.
• Develop and implement production planning to meet delivery timelines and production targets.
• Monitor daily production output, machine utilization, and efficiency.
• Supervise fabric inspection processes including color consistency, shrinkage, GSM, and finishing quality.
• Allocate resources, manage inventory, and ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery.
