Job Reference Y66WW5XV Major Duties / Key Result Areas 1. Supervise all production activities to ensure the products are produced according to specifications, work instructions, good manufacturing practices and delivery on time. 2. Ensure and maintain discipline and well behavior of production team. 3. Ensure the rules of tidiness are fully and continuously respected and implemented according to 5S standards. 4. Be the workshop leader for optimizing quality, productivity, and cost reduction. 5. Drive Production team to meet production schedule and customer delivery commitments. 6. Coordinate with the related departments (QC, Procurement/Technical/Supply Chain/Maintenance) to implement the preventive maintenance and repair activities of all machines/equipment in the plant. 7. Monitor KPIs performance such as OEE/Cycle time/AMU (Absolute Material Utilization) and make weekly report 8.
