Job Description

KAYLANI is looking for a dedicated Production Manager who acts as the bridge between our design vision and the karigars. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality Zardozi karigars and ensuring the production meets international luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• On-ground Scouting: Finding and managing reliable Zardozi/Hand-embroidery workshops.
• Quality Control: Personal supervision of fabric quality, embroidery neatness, and stitching finishing.
• Timeline Management: Ensuring orders are completed and shipped on time (No delays).
• Communication: Providing daily/weekly BTS updates and handling all karigar drame.

Requirements

• Based in a textile hub (Karachi/Lahore preferred).
• Strong communication skills (Urdu for karigars, English for the brand).
• Eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
