JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary: 
Plans, Organizes, manages, and controls production functions of the plant to produce quality products on the most profitable, safe, and efficient basis at competitive costs while promoting the highest priority for team member safety, engagement, and good housekeeping practices.
Reports to:
Plant Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Displays laser focus efforts for personal and company achievement of “Driving Forward” Behaviors
Conducts plant inspections to ensure safe work practices by visual observations, awareness, personal guidance and if necessary, corrective action to ensure required procedures and practices are implemented and followed to prevent accidents and minimize workers compensation costs and improve plant profitability; responsible for compliance to HSE&E and OSHA standards
