Production Manager - Residential Remodeling

We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on field leadership position where you'll play an active role on the jobsite while managing crews, coordinating trade partners, and ensuring every project is completed with exceptional quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

In this role, you'll take ownership of day-to-day field operations, blending strong leadership with hands-on carpentry expertise and effective jobsite management. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, maintaining high workmanship standards, and creating a positive, productive experience for both clients and team members.
