KPA's Include: Management: Process owner for the Production Department and is responsible for implementing, maintaining and updating all policies and procedures in the department Responsible for meeting all customer and executive management KPIs for the Department When KPIs are not being met investigate root cause and implement improvements to improve performance Ensures risk assessments are conducted, planned, and executed activities to reduce high-risk processes 5s and housekeeping for all subordinates and areas of responsibility Responsible for critical/risk issues such as risk stock levels, and potential SSNs Ensure Group Leaders follow their activity schedules HR Development / Training Problem Solving #J-18808-Ljbffr
