Job Description

Our client isa leader in metal products manufacturing.
As a production manager, you will oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations. You will need to:
Planning and drawing up a production schedule.
Deciding on and ordering the resources that are required and ensuring stock levels remain adequate.
Selecting equipment and taking responsibility for its maintenance.
Setting the quality standards.
Ensuring that the product will be cost-effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing on budgets with both clients and managers.
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
Monitoring productivity rates and product standards and implementing quality control programs.
Organizing the repair of any damaged equipment.
