Production Manager

Kelly Services is seeking a highly motivated **Production Manager** to lead our anodizing and electroplating facility in the **Raleigh, NC** area!

**Key Responsibilities**
**Production Operations**

+ Plan, organize, and supervise daily activities across plating lines
+ Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment utilization to maximize efficiency
+ Ensure that production schedules and quality standards are met

**Process Management**

+ Oversee plating processes, including bath chemistry, racking, and finishing
+ Maintain and troubleshoot tanks, rectifiers, filtration, and wastewater systems
+ Resolve production issues related to coating quality, adhesion, thickness, and defects

**Team Leadership**

+ Supervise, train, and mentor production staff (operators and supervisors)
+ Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
+ Conduct performance evaluations and assist with staffing decisions
