Lead a new manufacturing operation in Pokeno

We’re looking for a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing site in Pokeno. This is a site leadership role with the scope to shape how the operation runs, performs and grows.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you’ll own the day‑to‑day leadership of the plant: safety, production performance, quality, and the development of the team around you. It’s a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor as much as in the numbers.
