Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Production Manager to join the team in Plainfield, IL (USA).

The Production Manager is responsible for implementing production schedules, methods, and processes, ensuring the effective use of workforce and equipment, the optimization of manufacturing, and resolution of production problems. Assures compliance with H&S and quality standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Management & Direction:
Manages the production teams to ensure the volumes of production and the costs, delivery, and quality requirements are met.

Provides support to the Plant Manager in all aspects of the manufacturing process, including improvements to the process.

Directs the teams via task-orientated plans and arranges daily meetings with teams and individuals.
