Key Responsibilities
Preparing and analyzing monthly/quarterly/yearly production planning reports.
Collaborating with other departments to plan, verify, and prepare production, including establishing methods and procedures for the production planning department to line with sales and marketing strategies.
Controlling the manufacturing process, resource usage, production auditing, and staff work.
Checking the current production output against the established production plan and making any necessary adjustments to satisfy urgent production demands.
