The Production Manager will be accountable for ensuring lines are always running effectively and optimally within their area with a trained team in place. This role will lead by example and inspire their team to deliver top results, is passionate about safety and promotes a culture where safety comes first. Develop and drive a strong safety culture (Health and Safety and Food Safety and Quality Assurance).
