Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Manager to manage the Mining production operations, through planning, coordinating, and controlling the production processes, and ensure that volume, cost, quality, and safety standards are achieved (production performance) to ensure being their customer’s first choice service provider.

Responsibilities

• Manage processing or production demand against the plan by assessing and managing installed capacity to meet the future demands for products and crafting a plan for production volumes by making decisions concerning inventory levels (raw material) and staffing requirements, production capacity, work procedures or duty assignments considering budgetary limitations and time constraints
• To develop and manage the production budget and implement effective cost control programs to ensure that production financial objectives and targets are met (fixed cost and waste reduction). ...
