Production Manager

Role Description

Reporting directly to the President, the Production Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of countertop fabrication from template through to installation readiness. The role ensures manufacturing activities meet the highest quality and are conducted safely, efficiently, and accountable.

The Production Manager manages a skilled production team, plans and executes work to meet sales forecasts and installation timelines, while driving continuous improvement across operations. This includes reducing waste, improving labour productivity, managing overtime, optimizing tooling, and enhancing overall workflow efficiency. The focus is on delivering exceptional product quality, maintaining real-time visibility of production, and ensuring every job progresses accurately, on time, and to Living Stone’s high standards.
