Production Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Associates or Bachelors degree in related field.
4-6 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferrably servicing the Medical Device Industry with a minimum of 2 years responsibility in a lead role.
Working knowledge in progressive management technologies such as Lean Manufacturing, JIT, MRP, and ERP.
English 90% (spoken and written)
Minimum 8 years manager experience.
Have a vigent VISA.
Availability to travel
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
**JOB PURPOSE**:
Responsible for planning and directing all aspects of production activities in Mexicali to manufacture and develop products of high quality and reliability at optimum cost and in accordance with customer requirements.
