Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all production operations within a high mix sheet metal manufacturing operation, including cutting, bending, painting, and assembly processes. This role ensures production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities across sheet metal cutting, bending, painting and assembly.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules, customer specifications, and delivery deadlines.
• Balance capacity, labor, and equipment utilization across all manufacturing areas.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve flow and throughput.
• Lead production supervisors, team leaders, and operators across multiple shifts.
