Production Manager

Unison is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process for our apparel and accessories. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product delivery while managing vendor relationships, procurement, production timelines, and margin targets. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

THE ROLE:

• Develop and implement critical paths, set seasonal booking deadlines, manage production meetings, and resolve production issues.
• Assist in managing internal and external delivery schedules and report on production status.
• Lead cost negotiations, manage bulk material commitments, and provide first margin reporting to leadership.
• Ensure on-time shipping handovers, liaise with suppliers and supply chain teams, and support shipping queries.
