Production Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to join a respected and long-standing manufacturing business in Leicester. The role requires a hands-on manufacturing leader with a strong, proven background in sheet metal fabrication processes and the ability to drive performance across a complex production environment.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing a busy production operation of approximately 40+ employees, ensuring output targets are achieved whilst maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, health & safety and team performance.

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations, managing supervisors and team leaders across multiple production departments.
