Hire Resolve's client, a leading plastic manufacturer, is looking for a dynamic Process Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in equipment usage, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee high-productivity processes and perform preventative/corrective maintenance.
• Lead technical improvements in machine optimization, maintenance systems, and cost-saving ideas.
• Implement company policies, troubleshoot moulding issues, and mentor employees.
• Liaise with toolroom for mould/machine requirements.

• 10+ years' experience in plastic manufacturing and injection machine setup.
• Tertiary qualification required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (all levels).
