Production Manager

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the continuous and efficient production of quantity and quality to support company goals as well as the development of associates and their on‑going performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the safety, quality, productivity with compliance on the area of responsibility.
• Manages the production team including operator, machinist and supervisor/leader, this includes and not limited to performance management, development and competency improvement as well as resource management.
• Drives continuous improvement like OEE/productivity and cost reduction.
• Ensures company production objectives for manufacturing cells at the lowest cost and consistent with quality compliance.
• Manages the manufacturing cells with respect to production volume cost, and quality of production, meeting production schedules, delivery dates and employee training.
