Production Manager

Airswift is looking for a Production Manager to work on a permanent contract in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, Mexico, with a drilling services company. The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of hydrocarbon production across all Bacab-Lum assets through integrated planning, supervision, and optimization of wells, facilities, and artificial lift systems, aligning industry best practices with the company's operational, financial, and safety objectives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all production activities well, ensuring compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
• Ensure the safe and continuous operation of production systems, adhering to QHSE standards and current regulations.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (BPD, uptime, production increase, OPEX/BOE, operational efficiency).
