Are you a Production Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Plant Superintendent, or Industrial Leader looking to take ownership of a large-scale manufacturing operation? We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations at a major cement manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for production performance, workforce leadership, operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across a 24/7 heavy industrial environment.
