We are in search of a visionary leader who sets the example of becoming the backbone of our exceptional Production Team. The individual must be able to redefine efficiency and raise the bar for target achievements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations.
• Work alongside Production Planners to schedule weekly production targets for all six (6) Production lines with a total staff complement of 500.
• Manage production plan for on-time completion and delivery.
• Fostering the talent, performance and future capabilities of your direct reports and the wider team through effective management and developmental initiatives.
• Identify and address key concerns that may alter or influence the production plan.
