Production Manager

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels.
• Ensure optimal use of equipment, materials, and workforce to meet production targets.
• Supervise production line activities including assembly, packaging, and testing.
• Monitor and control manufacturing processes to maintain high yields, reduce scrap, and ensure throughput targets are met.
• Monitor constraint equipment utilization and take actions to improve it.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
• Work closely with Quality and Engineering departments to address process deviations, non‑conformance, and corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Lead and manage a team of production supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
