RPS are working exclusively with a leading automotive, precision components manufacturer, who currently supply to the likes of Aston Martin, JLR and Lotus.

They are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join them on their Burnley site, to lead the business unit production requirements, assets and resources in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.

The Role;

·Management of Business Unit production provisions including resource management, productivity, producibility, hardware maintenance and monitoring to BMS requirements.

·Production Planning of BU to customer / internal schedule requirements to achieve KPI targets.

·Manage and lead the BU to achieve safety targets including accident prevention & near misses
