Production manager

Our client is a Knowledge Center operating an accredited laboratory and research institute in Budapest. They deliver fast, accurate testing and professional consulting in environmental protection, food safety and health protection.
Their mission: safeguarding natural resources – water, soil and air – for future generations.

We are looking for a people- and operations-focused manager to coordinate the day-to-day operation of a 15–20 person analytical laboratory team.

This is not a technical expert role. The manager’s main role is to ensure stable operations, strong performance, clear communication and a healthy team culture within a regulated, deadline-driven environment.
