Our client is a manufacturing cooperation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Assess production requirements and determine the appropriate output capacity for each manufacturing line.
Develop manpower planning to support production needs while optimizing labor cost and efficiency.
Create detailed production schedules and monitor execution to ensure output targets are consistently met.
Review and validate material supply plans to secure sufficient resources for production activities.
Analyze production performance, including labor utilization, working hours, and material loss rates.
Ensure all production orders are completed and shipped according to the committed schedule.
Address quality issues promptly and implement actions to enhance process yield and overall product quality.
