Leiding en verantwoordelijkheid: Je stuurt 2 productiesites aan.

Teams: Je hebt de operationele leiding over 8 ploegen (24/7 continuous opstelling).

Direct reports: Je stuurt 2 Productie Ingenieurs en het Continuous Improvement (CI) team aan.

Een doorwinterde interim manager met sterke en bewezen ervaring binnen een Seveso/chemische omgeving.

People Management zit in je DNA; je blinkt uit in het coachen, structureren en ontwikkelen van teams in een veranderende omgeving.
