Our client is a household product manufacturer based in the US.

Report to: Factory Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
• To drive the production and maintenance team in proper way to achieve the expected factory’s policy and objectives
• To ensure the maintenance activities to be implemented properly
• To ensure the maintenance objectives to be set up and achieved in order to optimise the machine availability and to improve the productivity effectively with a lowest cost and zero accident.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
• Oversee daily production, acquire new manufacturing technic and continuous upgrade process to achieve higher productivity
• Coordinate with all departments in the company to ensure smooth production flow
• Plan the production and it’s control system
