Responsibilities

1. Assists production operators in the machine set-up to prevent quality problems and machine breakdowns during production run.
2. Conducts monitoring inspections on mechanical components of production machines for any symptoms or signs of abnormality during production operation.
3. Performs prompt, effective and systematic equipment troubleshooting and repair during equipment breakdown.
4. Fills up the machine work order with the required information after accomplishing machine troubleshooting and repair.
5. Performs regular preventive maintenance of all mechanical components, assembly and sub-assembly according to the maintenance schedule or work order.
