**Pay & Schedule**

+ **2nd Shift (Monday – Friday):** 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. | **$21.50/hr**
+ **3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday):** 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. | **$22.00/hr**

**Job Summary**

Production Workers support a full-cycle manufacturing process producing stainless steel band clamps. This role involves operating production machinery, performing basic mechanical adjustments, completing quality checks, and packaging finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate production machinery (up to two machines once trained)
+ Load materials and ensure continuous machine operation
+ Perform routine quality inspections
+ Make minor mechanical adjustments as needed
+ Monitor equipment and report issues promptly
+ Count, box, and label finished products
+ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
