Job Description

Role Responsibilities
Set up machines (extruders, vacuum tanks, haul-off, cutters, and printing) to start a production
Control and adjust machine settings speed, temperatures, pressures)
Feed dryblend materials to the extruder machines
Online inspection on the finished products to ensure compliance to product specifications (OD, thickness, markings, length, colour)
Packing finished products (counting, packing)
Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Check output and records hourly checklist
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
Maintain safety & housekeeping of production works station
Perform any other tasks that assign by production leaders / technical manager
Role Requirement
Experience as a machine operator in extrusion process is an added advantage
Preferably with working knowledge in manufacturing environment
