We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running of our packing lines at Watts Farms in Farningham. This is a great opportunity to join a well‑established fresh produce business where quality, teamwork and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do.

You’ll lead production teams, maintain high food safety standards and help ensure customer orders are packed efficiently and to specification.

Due to our rural location, your own transport is essential.
