Production Line Supervisor sought to join an award-winning, £multimillion turnover food manufacturing company based in Bilston. The company is privately owned and supplies foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad. This is a permanent, full‑time position with AM (6am-2.30pm) and PM (2pm-10.30pm) shifts available.

Your Role as Production Line Supervisor

As Production Line Supervisor, you will manage Production Operatives, the production process, customer requirements, ensuring the quality of products, meeting safety targets set by the Company, consistently and cost effectively.

• Supervise a shift of production operators ensuring a safe ‘zero harm’ working environment at all times and production meets legal and food safety and hygiene standards
