Production Line Lead

Job Title: Production Line Lead
Location: Macungie, PA
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 40 hours per week, 1st shift from 7:00AM-3:00PM

Responsibilities


+ Assist in directing employees’ activities within assigned manufacturing room(s) or areas to meet daily production schedules

+ Communicate supervisor’s job orders to employees and ensure all batch record entries are completed

+ Maintain line/area in an orderly and safe manner while adhering to GMPs

+ Monitor packaging operations for optimal performance and assist with reporting production metrics

+ Train designated peers as needed, complete line/area changeovers, and oversee cleaning and check procedures

+ Conduct attendance checks, support training initiatives, and coordinate priority setups/startups
