Responsibilities

• Supervise human and material resources to meet the assigned production schedule, ensuring compliance with procedures and work instructions to guarantee product conformity, personnel safety, and organizational integrity.
• Ensure that operational tools and equipment are in optimal working condition.
• Ensure that operating personnel are familiar with the control plan and execute it to guarantee product conformity.
• Ensure the execution of procedures and work instructions documented in the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System to achieve product conformity, and guarantee these documents are available in the work area.
• Supervise that non‑conforming product is handled according to established procedures.
• Prepare rejected and non‑conforming product reports detailing root causes, as well as generated scrap reports; these reports must be submitted daily to the Production Coordinat...
