**Job Summary**

LSI is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Lead to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, manufacturing experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Position Type:** Full-Time
**Shift:** 1st Shift (Monday–Friday)
**Pay:** $25–$30 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead daily production activities to ensure products are completed accurately and on schedule.
+ Assign tasks and manage workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals.
+ Supervise and support production staff while maintaining a positive team environment.
