**Production Lead (Food Manufacturing)**

**Summary**

**Lead daily production, keep lines running efficiently, support the team, and ensure food safety and compliance.**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Run production lines and hit output targets
+ Operate and troubleshoot equipment
+ Reduce downtime and report issues
+ Train, guide, and hold team accountable
+ Assign work and manage labor efficiently
+ Support process improvements
+ Track performance, downtime, and materials
+ Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance
+ Complete shift reporting

**Requirements**

+ 1–2+ years in food manufacturing or warehouse
+ Bilingual English/Spanish (English literacy required)
+ Equipment operation + troubleshooting experience
+ Leadership or team lead experience
+ Knowledge of food safety (GMPs)
+ Able to lift 50 lbs., stand long periods, work in cold
+ Basic computer skills
