**Essential Functions:**

+ As primary trainer for the team, ensure that necessary documentation and training is available to the team to support operations and processes.
+ Update training documentation for the team, to be used to for employee development planning and cross training.
+ Coordinate with the coaches and planners on daily targets to production key performance indicators (KPI) and communicate the status to the team, highlighting areas required to win the day.
+ First responder to eAndon calls with in the span of control (Work Cells).
+ Line coverage for absenteeism, vacation and CI events that pull resources.
+ Coordinate work distribution throughout the cell with a focus on productivity
+ Provide coach with feedback on tea m and employee performance while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
