Production Lead

The Production Lead is responsible for coordinating and supervising Production Supervisors to enhance operational efficiency across manufacturing operations. This role focuses on workflow optimization, waste elimination, and the implementation of Lean Management practices to drive improvements in safety, quality, and cost.

Additionally, the role supports training and certification programs in alignment with corporate standards while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and maximizing the performance of materials, equipment, and personnel.

**Education & Experience**

**Required:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science **OR** 6–8 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
+ Lean Black Belt Certification
+ Bilingual (Spanish & English – fluent)
+ Strong analytical skills and knowledge of process improvement methodologies
