Our client, a well-established cosmetics manufacturer, is hiring **Production Leads** to support and oversee packaging operations. If you’re someone who likes to stay busy, lead a team, and keep things running smoothly, this could be a great fit.
**Location:** Bristol, PA
**Shift:** Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
**Pay:** $22/hr

**What You’ll Do**
As a Production Lead, you’ll be responsible for keeping your assigned area running safely and efficiently while making sure orders are processed accurately and on time.
You’ll:

+ Guide and support your team day-to-day
+ Assign tasks and make sure coverage is where it needs to be
+ Keep an eye on productivity and help hit daily goals
+ Step in to troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
+ Train new team members on processes and safety
+ Make sure quality standards are met and maintained
