Production Head – CNC Machining

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Head CNC Machining to lead and manage end-to-end production operations in a CNC machining environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, optimizing machine utilization, and leading a team of supervisors and operators to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities ? Production Management Oversee daily CNC machining production activities on the shop floor Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet delivery timelines Ensure optimal utilization of CNC machines and manpower Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and quality teams ?
