**Job Description**

**Role Responsibilities**

+ Assign work orders and monitor progress on the shop floor.
+ Ensure employee adherence to safety protocols and good manufacturing practices.
+ Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow throughout the entire production process.
+ Communicate order status and expedites.
+ Train new employees and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing employees.
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
+ Other duties as assigned.
