Description Job Summary This position is responsible for ensuring the tasks (sorting, grading and any other task assigned by supervisor) get performed in a safe and efficient manner while still complying with the proper protocols and procedures meeting customer specifications. This is an active role that requires you work on multiple projects at once. Must work with management to ensure efficiency and safety. Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Grade and sort products according to factors such as color, specs, length, width, appearance, feel, smell, quality, and weight.
- Discard inferior or defective products, and place acceptable products in containers for further processing.
- Consistently maintains a satisfactory level of productivity.
- Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
