This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong supervisory experience in a production or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Train, guide, and support production staff.
• Conduct trials and gather production data.
• Maintain accurate production and furnace activity records.
• Support other shift foremen when required.
