Scotts Canada Ltd., in St. Margaret's, NB, is seeking a highly-motivated individual to fill a Production Foreman vacancy. Duties will begin approximately late April, but on-boarding and training will begin immediately. During the production season, shifts will begin at 4:30 PM, but on-boarding will be 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Production Foreman, in general, will be responsible for:
Ensuring a safe work environment by enforcing rules pertaining to Health & Safety
Maintaining quality standards
Ensuring production targets are met or exceeded
Training, developing & evaluating employees
Hiring
Discipline
Supporting other departments, projects and initiatives
