Production Executive (Based Genting Highlands)

• Perform receiving inspection and data collection of incoming materials on FIFO basis.
• Analyze and report physical and chemical data on time in full.
• Participate in the implementation and verification of Food Safety/HACCP/GMP/GLP within the company.
• Monitor temperature in salad processing.
• Assist in production of Mix Salad for daily routine and reporting.
• Maintain all production records.
• Present in the dressing/bakery or vegetable washing area during production at both sections according to the working schedule.
• Update Halal Committee on the latest development of Halal industry globally and prepare documents/reports for Halal Committee meetings.
• Ensure all raw materials and production processes meet halal standards.
• Respond to non-conformances (NC) and ensure recertification is completed in a timely manner.
