Production Engineering & Maintenance Manager

**Your responsibilities:**
+ Lead production engineering and maintenance teams within the OHC value stream to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations by driving equipment availability, process stability, and continuous improvement.
+ Define and execute maintenance strategy (preventive/predictive) to ensure high equipment reliability
+ Oversee uptime maximization & machine availability through structured problem solving and root cause analysis
+ Work closely with the production manager to proactively drive escalations in manufacturing to secure supply towards our customers
+ Drives Capex optimization for recurring manufacturing investments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
+ Provide technical leadership and guidance to the operational teams within the OHC value stream to achieve operational goals and deliver reliable, high-quality results.
