Job Description

- Responsible for safety management in the production area and implementing safety systems to prevent workplace accidents
- Control quality in the production process to ensure products meet standards and customer requirements
- Monitor and control production and delivery plans to ensure orders are completed on time and according to required quantity
- Manage production costs and implement cost reduction and productivity improvement activities
- Maintain and improve shopfloor management standards, including 6S and workplace management
- Manage daily production staff operations, including training and work scheduling
- Oversee daily production line operations and coordinate problem-solving activities related to the production process
